New Season Looks

1st October, 2020

JUST AS a thick woolly scarf can transform your summer wardrobe into autumn wear, these transitional make-up looks can take you from bright to right in no time…

Rosy Glow
An understated blush is a must all year-round, but this season rouge is all about that slight flush you get when there’s a chill in the air. Fake it this autumn and make your cheeks pop by adding a touch of pink blush along your cheekbones and blend out towards your temples.

Pop of Colour
Ditch the basic black liner and instead opt for a sleek swipe of colour to brighten eyes. Click here to find out which eyeshadow best suits your eye colour. Finish the look with a slick of nude lip gloss and a touch of mascara.

Mauve
Mauve is the perfect shade for transitioning from warm weather to cooler temps. Feeling more dramatic then summery shade but without the deeper tones, this pale purple shade is flattering on all skin tones. Plus you can wear it on your lips, cheeks and eyes!

Bordeaux
Just like changing from Rose wine to a glass of red, our lips must also go from pale pink to rich burgundy this make-up season. Don’t forget to prep lips with a matching lip liner to keep the pigment from feathering.

Natural Brows
Put down that HD brow tint and embrace your natural eyebrows this autumn. If you’re not fortunate enough to have Cara D brows then fake it by brushing them up with a spoolie and fill in sparse spots with a brow pencil using small, feathery strokes.

You can pick up all your make-up must-haves from Boots – we recommend their Make-Up Obsession line which is full of awesome products!
