What shops are open?

Are your toilets open?
Yes all our toilets remain open. However, to maintain social distancing every second cubicle, sink and urinal is out of use to adhere to the two-metre rule. You can find our male, female and disabled toilets past Wilko on the left. There is also a disabled toilet on Spencer Market balcony.
Is your car park open?
Yes our car park is fully open but please be aware, car parking charges will be reinstated from Monday 20th July. Usual tariffs apply.
For users who previously purchased a parking pass, your balance was frozen during our free period and will commence again from Monday 20th July. If you obtained a refund, you will need to purchase a new permit.
Do you have hand sanitisers?
Yes, we have hand sanitisers on all exits and entrances which is refilled throughout the day, subject to stock availability. Our public washrooms are also open as usual for effective handwashing.
What are your opening times?
Our opening times remain the same. 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on a Sunday. However, please check with individual stores for their opening times.
Do I have to wear a mask in the centre?
It is not mandatory to wear a mask and it remains personal preference.
Can I use your lift?
Yes our lifts remain in use. However, please only share the lift with the people you are shopping with.
Do you have seating?
Yes, we have benches dotted around the centre – outside Boots, outside Spencer Market Hall and inside Spencer Market Hall. However, these benches are PRIORITY SEATING so please offer the seat to elderly or disabled customers and please adhere to social distancing and only sit with members of your household.
Can I use the stairs?
Yes all our staircases remain in use. However, please follow social distancing guidelines and use our landings as safe passing points when using the staircase.
Are Din Dins and Books in the Community open?
No both locations remain closed due to our housekeeping team having to focus their cleaning on other more public areas in the centre.
